Passion to Profession works in association with the Vikalp Kaushal Foundation as a joint venture for the welfare of society, focused on the skill development of children, youth, and women.
We give people the opportunity to build confidence and become entrepreneurs — because confidence is the one thing that can't be bought. We believe entrepreneurship is really about learning to face failure, manage it, and keep moving forward.
We believe every child has a right to education, and we run Skill Development Programs to help women and children grow in the areas where they're naturally strongest.

Ms. Kalpana Raghunathan
A social activist for 18 years, and a choreographer who personally trains underprivileged children. Also a consultant to former Indian cricket captain Kris Srikkanth's company.
Ms. Jyotsana Hasija
A social worker for 11 years, helping underprivileged women and children through education, and building opportunity for rising talent across the country.
Ms. Indu Shukla
A social activist for 10 years, leading event direction and public relations work focused on transforming the communities we serve.
Mr. S.K. Bansal
A former Test and ODI cricket umpire who officiated internationally for years, now teaching the Laws of Cricket to India's youth.
Mr. Syed Muthahir Zaidi
15 years working for minorities in Aligarh, and a Director at CityHawks Sports Pvt. Ltd., Noida.
Mr. Pradeep Rawal
Leading Passion to Profession's outreach and programs across the Delhi region.
Krishnamachari Srikkanth
Known to cricket fans simply as Kris Srikkanth, our mentor was a dashing opener for India and part of the historic 1983 World Cup-winning team, later serving as Chairman of the BCCI Selection Committee.
Today he mentors the Sunrisers Hyderabad IPL team and is a familiar voice as a broadcaster and commentator, known for honest, straightforward opinions. He's spent years identifying and nurturing budding cricketing talent — the same instinct he now brings to corporate management training.
A graduate in Electrical Engineering, he's equally passionate about education, having authored a Life Skills book series and founded careerstrokes.com, a set of digital learning modules for schools and working professionals.
